The video was taken after only 3 month training in total, pace was ridden the second time on the video! He was always very easy, he tries to please and is never working against his rider.
Gígur has next to his good gaits a good confirmation and has a very good chance to receive first price next year. Since the beginning of summer he is outside and should now soon come back into the stable for further training.
He is very interesting for breeding. His father is the famous Glymur frá Innri-Skeljabrekku who received 8,38 at a breeding show, 8,65 for ridden abilities.
Gígurs mother is a first price mare. She is a daughter of Stígur frá Kjartansstöðum.
You will not find any Orri in Gígurs pedigree.
