IS2003286686 - Gæfa frá Holtsmúla 1 is judged with 8,06. She is currently pregnant with THE Loki frá Selfossi, a 4 gaiter judged with 8,43, 9,5 for tölt, trot, form and willingness. He won B Flokkur at Landsmót twice!!! And was Icelandic champion in 4 gait with around 8.
Loki is a genetic 4 gaiter (CA tested) which means that he has and also gives to his offsprings this big 3 beated canter and these typical 4 gaited qualities many people are searching for when looking for these top 4 gaited competition horses. He has many times proven that he really gives amazing offsprings. He is, to just name a few, for example father of Fenrir frá Feti (1,50 m) who received just 4 years old 8,37 as a 4 gaiter with 10!!!!!!!!!! for slow gallop and many 9 and 9,5th.
Then he is also father of Frár frá Sandhól, a stallion who received as a 4 gaiter 8,41 in total with 9,5 for slow gallop, gallop, character and form.
And many many more of his offsprings (almost all 4 gaiters) have lots of 9,5th and 9th.
Gæfas breeding line is also very interesting. Her father Suðri frá Holtsmúla 1 was also Icelandic champion in 4 gait. Her mother, a daughter of Hrafn frá Holtsmúla!! has given 2 more first prize offsprings. Her daughters have proven to be great breeding mares, one of her daughters is for example mother of the former world champion in 5 gait combination Greifi frá Holtsmúla 1.
